The studio is on the 6th and top floor, accessible with a lift. It has hardwood floors. Kitchen and bathroom are tiled. You can use the phone and call home, and a wi-fi internet connexion is available for free. The mirror is on the wardrobe doors, with hangers inside.

The sofa bed is very easy to unfold (two lateral zips). The matress, 140 X 190, is new and 10 cm thick. You can see the rooftops of Paris when lying on the bed !

The kitchen also has a view ! There is a central gas heating system, very efficient and easy to operate. The kitchen has an electric cooktop, a microwave-grill, a toaster, a coffee maker, a fridge. The washing machine is also a dryer.

From the sofa, and standing on the balcony, you can see the roofs of Paris, and the highest trees of the Jardin des Plantes. Jacques's paintings are displayed (and can be bought) on the walls.
