Prices include the rent, heating, electricity, sheets and towels for your stay. No extra fee required, no security deposit. Trust is the way we do business.

If you agree with the conditions, we will ask for a downpayment of roughly 30% of the total amount of the rent (which includes the rent, the heating, the electricity, and also the sheets and towels). The downpayment can be sent through a bank wired transfer, through a bank draft sent to us by mail, or through www.paypal.com. There is a small fee while using Paypal (for example around 6 euros if you send 150 euros) The balance of the payment has to be paid in cash in euros when you arrive.

A rental contract (signed by Jacques) will be sent to you by email as soon as we receive the downpayment.

Please note : If you cancel at least one month prior to your scheduled arrival date, your reservation will be cancelled and your downpayment will be refunded.
