My Art studio is located in Saint Maur, in my garden. The place is quiet. The room, north-oriented, gets its light from a large roof window. Light is ideal, constant under the roof-window. I use to do some sketches on the small desk (it is an old kitchen table reshaped by my grand-father). A small library is installed next to the entrance door. I often sit there, reading some art books and looking in the garden at a glance. The wood-burning stove heats the studio in winter, adding to the silence of the place the sole crackling of the flame.

Lightened by the sky-light window and also by the lateral windows, the studio has its own “chiaroscuro” corners that change with the weather conditions. Enter my studio, and you will make your first step into my painting.
